Quantummycos started from an uncomfortable observation: the good tools were expensive, and the cheap ones did not meet Spanish requirements. We decided to build one that did both.

The price is published
Almost every competitor works on a bespoke quote. We put the number on the website: €0, €1.99 and €2.99 per user and month. If you need an appointment to learn a price, something is wrong.

Compliance is not an add-on
Traceable working-time records, four-year retention, GDPR and proportionate geolocation are standard in every plan, including the free one. What the law requires is not sold separately.

Payroll stays with your accountant
We could promise a payroll engine and do it adequately. We would rather hand your accountant the hours, overtime and incidents already reconciled, which is what they actually need.

Your data is yours
Everything exports to Excel and PDF, always. A vendor that makes leaving difficult does not trust its own product.
