About us
HR software built in Spain, for companies in Spain
Quantummycos started from an uncomfortable observation: the good tools were expensive, and the cheap ones did not meet Spanish requirements. We decided to build one that did both.
Four decisions that define us
- 01
The price is published
Almost every competitor works on a bespoke quote. We put the number on the website: €0, €1.99 and €2.99 per user and month. If you need an appointment to learn a price, something is wrong.
- 02
Compliance is not an add-on
Traceable working-time records, four-year retention and GDPR are standard in every plan, including the free one. What the law requires is not sold separately.
- 03
Payroll without changing accountants
Calculating payroll is your accountant’s trade, and they do not need another engine. Quantummycos does everything else: it reads each payslip with AI, puts it on each employee’s phone, produces the pay register and hands your accountant the hours, overtime and incidents already reconciled.
- 04
Your data is yours
Everything exports to Excel and PDF, always. A vendor that makes leaving difficult does not trust its own product.
Who it is built for
For Spanish SMEs and mid-sized companies in any sector, from 2 to 500 people, that need to comply with the working-time record and the pay register, get leave, shifts and payslips under control, and stop managing their team from five different tools. It works as well in an office as in a shift-based company, which is where it shows most: hospitality, retail, logistics, healthcare, services and customer support.
