Terms and conditions

The service is offered in three plans: Free, at no cost for up to 2 users; Professional, at €1.99 per active user and month; and Enterprise, at €2.99 per active user and month. Prices are stated excluding VAT.

An active user means any person with access to the platform during the billed period. Additions and removals are pro-rated in the billing for the relevant period.

The contract is monthly with no minimum term. You may change plan or cancel at any time from within the application; a plan change applies immediately and you keep everything recorded up to that point.

After cancellation, data remains available for export for a reasonable period before permanent deletion, in line with the agreed retention policy.

We work to keep the service continuously available, subject to reasonable interruptions for scheduled maintenance, which are announced in advance wherever possible. We do not guarantee one hundred per cent availability and are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties outside our control.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for safeguarding its staff’s access credentials, and for meeting its own employment and data protection obligations as data controller. Quantummycos provides the tool; responsibility before the labour inspectorate and the Spanish Data Protection Agency rests with the company.
