This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit quantummycos.com or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

02What data we process and why

We process only the data you provide voluntarily and the data generated by your browsing where you have consented to it:

  • Contact and demo request form: name, work email, company, phone, team size, area of interest and your message. Purpose: to handle your enquiry and send you commercial information about the platform. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b).
  • Newsletter subscription: email address. Purpose: to send you updates on regulation and product. Legal basis: your consent, revocable at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Browsing data through HubSpot cookies: pages visited, traffic source and a browser identifier. Purpose: to measure which content is useful and to correctly attribute contact enquiries. Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie panel.
  • Strictly necessary technical data (IP address and web server logs). Purpose: site security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

03How long we keep your data

We keep contact data for as long as the commercial relationship or interest in it lasts and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing data is kept for the periods stated in the cookie policy.

04Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We do work with suppliers acting as data processors, who access data solely to provide us with their service, under a contract compliant with article 28 of the GDPR:

  • HubSpot, Inc.: CRM, forms and marketing analytics. This portal’s data is hosted in the European Union data centre.
  • Web hosting and corporate email provider, within the European Economic Area.

05Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@quantummycos.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

06Platform customers’ data

This policy covers the website. The processing of employees’ data inside the Quantummycos application is governed by the data processing agreement signed with each customer, in which the customer acts as data controller and Quantummycos as data processor.
