Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Here we set out exactly which ones we use and why, following the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s criterion: nothing that is not strictly necessary loads without your prior consent.

01Strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the site to work and do not require consent. On this site they are limited to storing your own cookie decision locally, so we do not ask you again on every page. That value stays in your browser and is never sent to a server.

02Marketing cookies (HubSpot)

These load only if you accept the “Marketing” category, which is decided separately from analytics. They belong to HubSpot, the tool we use as a CRM, and link your visits to the enquiries you send us. The contact form works just the same without them. The main ones are:

  • __hstc: identifies the visitor across sessions for analytics. Duration: 6 months.
  • hubspotutk: browser identifier that lets a submitted form be attributed to a visit history. Duration: 6 months.
  • __hssc: tracks the current session. Duration: 30 minutes.
  • __hssrc: detects whether the visitor restarted the browser. Duration: session.

03Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

These load only if you accept the “Analytics” category. We use Google Analytics 4 to know which pages get read, where people arrive from and which content works. Until you accept, Google’s script is never downloaded: your browser does not make a single request to Google.

The IP address is handled anonymised, and we do not use this data for personalised advertising or combine it with other sources.

  • _ga: tells visitors apart using a random identifier. Duration: 2 years.
  • _ga_<ID>: keeps the session state for the Analytics property. Duration: 2 years.
  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited, with transfers to the United States covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

04What is not a cookie

This site includes a Google Search Console verification tag in the code of every page. It is not a cookie or a tracker: it is a single line whose only job is to prove to Google that the domain is ours. It stores nothing in your browser and sends no information about your visit, which is why it is always present and does not depend on your consent.

05How to accept, reject or change your decision

On your first visit you will see a panel where you can accept all cookies, accept only the necessary ones, or configure them individually. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting and does not restrict access to any content.

You can change your decision at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
