The problem it solves
Payroll is done by the accountant and the cost stays in a PDF nobody adds up. When the board asks what a department costs or what absence has cost this year, the answer comes from a spreadsheet built by hand with figures that are months old. And hardly anyone knows what each euro of take-home pay actually costs.
Each person costs what their latest payslip says: the company cost of a normal month, with the social security the company pays, plus the gross of each extra payment. Anyone without a payslip counts at their hourly wage, and the screen says who is missing one.
Upload the payslip as a PDF or a photo and in a few seconds it fills in the gross, net, company cost, number of payments and base salary for you to check before saving. It warns you if it is a month with an extra payment or if the employer contribution is missing.

What absence has cost this year, in total and by family (time off, health, family and duties), at each person’s hourly cost. Rejected requests cost nothing, and each figure opens the absences behind it.

These are salaries added up, so only company-scope roles such as the Administrator see them. A department manager does not, even when given permission on Costs.
