From the Professional plan
Staff surveys
Ask your team and get the answer as charts, not as an email thread.
The problem it solves
To find out who is coming to the dinner and which menu everyone wants, somebody sends an email, copies the replies into a spreadsheet by hand and chases whoever is missing. And when the question is a delicate one, like how people feel at work, nobody answers honestly with their name attached to the answer.
What it actually does
- 01
Four kinds of question
Free text, one option, several options or a drop-down for long lists. Each question can be required or optional.
- 02
Named or anonymous
In an anonymous survey the answers are saved without the name of whoever gave them: nobody can tell what each person answered, not even whoever prepared it. That way people say what they really think.
- 03
Results as charts, straight away
A ring with the split when one option is chosen, bars when several are and the list of texts for written answers. Plus participation as a percentage from the very first answer.
- 04
Who has yet to answer
In named surveys you see what each person answered and who is missing, so you can remind them without asking around one by one.
- 05
What is pending, in plain sight
Everybody sees in the menu how many surveys they have to answer, and the number drops as soon as they do. With a closing date, the survey closes on its own that day.
- 06
Templates to start from
Company dinner, event attendance or workplace wellbeing: pick one, adjust it and publish it. Before you publish, the preview shows how your team will see it.
Ask the assistant
It answers straight away from your company data, within the scope of your role.
How the AI assistant works- Do I have any survey to answer?
- How many people have answered the dinner survey?
What changes day to day
Staff surveys
- Answers arrive in order, with no copying into a spreadsheet

Frequently asked questions
The company’s administrators. Everybody else answers them from their own dashboard.
Yes. The answers are saved without the name of whoever gave them, so nobody can see what each person answered, not even whoever prepared it. Only the totals and unnamed texts are shown, and there is no list of who has yet to answer.
Its title, description and closing date, yes. Its questions, no, because that would change what others have already answered. While it is a draft, everything can be changed.
No. Each person answers each survey once, and an answer that has been sent cannot be changed: that way the count you see is always the real one.
