Yes: on the free plan each person has 5 questions a day, renewed at midnight Spanish time. It is per person, not per company. On Professional and Enterprise the assistant has no limit.
No. It reads data with the scope of your role, just like the screens: what you cannot see, the assistant cannot see either.
No. It only reads. If you ask it to approve an absence or fix a clock-in, it explains how to do it from the right screen.
